Xylem Watermark is the companys corporate social responsibility program focused onproviding access to safe water sanitation and hygiene supporting communities duringwater-related disasters and inspiring educational engagement. Through partnershipsvolunteer actions and community initiatives Watermark plays a crucial role in deliveringpositive lasting impact across the globe.

We are now seeking one motivated intern to support Xylem Watermark activities andongoing social impact projects during the summer.

Goal:
The goal of this internship is to support the planning organization and execution ofWatermark activities contribute to internal and external communication materials and assistwith various development initiatives within Xylems social impact program. The intern will bepart of shaping ideas coordinating tasks and helping drive engagement across theorganization.

How:
Support ongoing Watermark projects and assist in planning new initiatives.
Help develop communication materials presentations and documentation that highlightproject progress and impact.
Contribute ideas for employee engagement awareness activities and community-focusedinitiatives.
Assist with administrative tasks organization of information and coordination with internalstakeholders.
Work with tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to keep track of progress structureinformation and prepare reports.
Participate in creative discussions and help refine concepts into practical actions.
Compile results lessons learned and suggestions for further development in a final

Duration:

Total eleven (11) weeks nine (9) working weeks and two (2) free weeks during the and finish of the project according to agreement.

Profile: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong interest in
social impact sustainability and community engagement.
The ideal candidate:
Is well organized and enjoys keeping structure in multiple tasks and projects.
Has good administrative skills and is comfortable working with Word Excel and general documentation.
Is creative proactive and willing to contribute ideas.
Can work independently while also collaborating with colleagues from different parts of theorganization.
Has strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping drive positive change.

Students from programs related to sustainability communication social sciences businessengineering or similar fields are encouraged to apply.
