We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager-level professional with strong experience in change management and communications particularly within the public sector or infrastructure domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management and communications strategies for public sector or infrastructure clients undergoing transformation
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to identify key audiences and tailor messaging accordingly
- Design and facilitate workshops training sessions and engagement activities to support change adoption
- Create and manage communication plans including drafting communications newsletters FAQs and executive presentations
- Advise senior leaders and project sponsors on best practices for change leadership and communication
- Monitor and report on change readiness adoption metrics and feedback to inform ongoing strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers HR IT and external vendors
- Manage risks and issues related to people-side change escalating as necessary
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in change management and communications with at least 2 years in the public sector or infrastructure sector
- Experience with change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI ADKAR)
