Job Description:

Client is seeking a skilled and dependable MDM Developer to support a shared service Master Data Management environment serving health and human services programs. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing existing APIs and data services troubleshooting production issues and supporting downstream publication of trusted master data.

The ideal candidate is experienced in enterprise or integration-heavy environments comfortable working within an established and customized platform and able to contribute quickly to operational stability while delivering incremental improvements. This position partners closely with analysts data analytics and reporting teams rather than owning all downstream data work.

Must Have Skills (3 5)

• Experience supporting enterprise applications backend services or integration environments
• Hands on experience with APIs and service-based architectures including maintenance and enhancement of existing endpoints
• Strong production support and troubleshooting skills including root-cause analysis
• Working knowledge of relational data concepts and SQL for data investigation and downstream publication support
• Ability to work in regulated HIPAA-sensitive environments with strong attention to security and data handling standards

Preferred Skills (3 5)

• Experience with MDM platforms (e.g. IBM InfoSphere MDM or similar tools)
• Exposure to healthcare payer human services or public sector data environments
• Familiarity with identity resolution golden record eligibility member or provider data domains
• Experience supporting customized or legacy enterprise service layers
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics or reporting ecosystems (AWS Snowflake Tableau or similar)
• Comfortable using approved AI-assisted development tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation
