Job Title: Field Engineer 4
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Fairbanks AK (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 01/29/2027
Work Hours: 8 am 5 pm

Job Description:
The Field Services Technician will support all personnel both at local and remote locations by providing reliable and efficient computer support services. These services will include the delivery of new hardware and software to desktops and the configuration installation and maintenance of PC hardware and software. This position will include basic support of a large variety of desktop applications which include products such as Microsoft s Office 365 suite Microsoft Windows virus and threat protection software and Adobe products in a Windows11 environment. Additional responsibilities include smart phone support and printer support. This position will require occasional travel to remote locations. Candidate must have a valid driver s license.

Must Have

Experience supporting Apple iPhones and iPads
Strong knowledge of PC hardware components
Strong knowledge of Printer hardware components
Ticketing system experience
Windows 11 and MS Office 365 experience
