Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Houston TX 77041
Duration: 11 months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $22.00 $24.00 per hour on W2
Shift / Hours
Shift options:
- 1st shift: 2:00 PM 12:30 AM
- 2nd shift: 4:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Overtime as needed

Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for helping provide safe efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. The Machine Operator ensures equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands and maintains shop and field equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members
- Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location (outside of Technology Lifecycle Management activities)
- Maintain equipment according to procedures reporting problems or deviations
- Operate equipment according to procedures competency levels and job requirement
- Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process
- Participate in failure investigations when relevant
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement
Other Key Responsibilities
- Operate custom non-CNC manufacturing machines
- Assist with assembly work when not actively running machines
- Handle long pipe materials safely and efficiently
Required Experience & Skills
- Machine operation experience: Preferred but not required
- Equipment is custom; candidates will be trained
- Key skills and traits emphasized by XXXX:
- Strong safety mindset / prior safety-sensitive work environments
- Reliability and job longevity
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Nice-to-have skills:
- Assembly experience
- Forklift or combilift operation
- Pipe handling experience
