Position Overview: The Parts Coordinator maintains proper fleet inventory and provides support to the Service Technicians with the locating delivering and inventorying necessary parts and supplies in order to keep company equipment operating in optimum conditions.
Essential Functions:
Must possess knowledge in mechanical parts
Must be able to identify parts and their locations
Must be able to control inventory
Attend to calls from the mechanics
Determine the necessary part(s) needed to complete the repair(s)
Receive inventory from vendors and correctly identify label and stock both physically and in the computer.
Maintain proper inventory levels
Assist in maintaining vehicle inventory
Physically unload parts and place in the proper locations
Load and unload mechanic parts to and from service trucks
Must possess computer knowledge
Must possess shipping and receiving experience
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
1-3 years of experience
High School Diploma or GED
Willing to work overtime when requested.
Willing to work outside of the normal work schedule including weekends holidays and overtime as required for the position.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work). The employee may be subject to one or more of the following atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes odors dust mists gases or poor ventilation.
