Warehouse Associate

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Warehouse Associate Finished Goods to work on-site with our client in Phoenix AZ. This is a short-term contract role with potential for extension supporting a solar manufacturing facility.

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting material flow and finished goods operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for receiving storing organizing and distributing materials to ensure production and shipping timelines are met with accuracy and efficiency.

• Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Label store and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies

• Pick pack label and palletize finished goods for shipment
• Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Support outbound and inbound logistics operations

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts pallet jacks etc.) safely
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization (5S standards)
• Report damaged or defective materials

• Work cross-functionally with production procurement and logistics teams
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Participate in safety training and adhere to PPE requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience in inventory management and material handling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Warehouse setting with exposure to temperature changes dust and noise
• Requires standing walking lifting and use of PPE
• Not solely a forklift role - includes full warehouse responsibilities
