Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot software and hardware failures
- Provide tier 2 level of support for end users.
- Work with Active Directory RSA JIRA Exchange and SharePoint for user account creations terminations and changes.
- Image and deploy laptops to end users
- Remote support
Required Experience/Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Healthcare terminology or IT background experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently accurately and efficiently
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Strong Customer Service Background
- Healthcare Medicare or Medicare Advantage preferred
- Expert listening skills and ability to identify customer needs with appropriate issue resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Problem-solving orientation to identify root cause develop solutions and implement in close collaboration with those doing the work
- Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
