Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Operational Accounting

Process high-volume vendor invoices (raw materials supplies and services)

Perform three-way matching (PO receiving invoice)

Partner with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate vendor master data

Prepare and execute payment runs (checks ACH wires)

Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP aging

Support cash flow planning and working capital management

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

General Accounting & Financial Support

Assist with month-end and year-end close

Prepare journal entries including accruals

Reconcile general ledger accounts

Support financial reporting and management analysis

Assist with internal and external audits

Maintain organized accounting documentation

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting

2 5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing required)

Strong Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment

ERP system experience required

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables lookups)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
