About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead Senior to lead and deliver complex technology projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and technical understanding to ensure successful execution from initiation to delivery. Manages Agile Delivery develops automates and manages software production and test environments with focus on DevOps

Key Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and manage technical projects from start to finish.
Lead PI Planning events across distributed analytics and platform teams driving alignment on objectives sequencing dependencies and capacity planning.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with business goals
Write user stories and outline both the definition of done and the definition of ready
Coordinate project schedules in close collaboration with the Product Owner
Create process mapping/data flows by working with product owner and business leads
Define release scope and schedule prioritizing consistent and timely value delivery.
Development of business rules and user stories
Partner with Product Owners to define PI Objectives prioritize features and sequence roadmaps
Create Epics Features User Stories
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers engineers and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
Manage budgets timelines and ensure projects are delivered within scope.
Communicate project status issues and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in technical project management.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) IT infrastructure or cloud technologies.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/SAfe Agile (preferred).
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools like Jira Confluence MS Project or similar.
Preferred Skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
