We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to lead and execute a wide range of landscape planning and design projects. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage projects from initial concept through construction documentation while collaborating effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of creative design expertise technical knowledge and project management capabilities to deliver high-quality sustainable and visually compelling landscapes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept development through construction administration
- Develop comprehensive landscape plans including planting designs and site layouts
- Coordinate with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery
- Prepare and oversee design documentation including drawings specifications and presentations
- Integrate aesthetic functional and environmental considerations into all design solutions
- Ensure compliance with local codes permitting requirements and industry standards
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables efficiently
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- Strong experience in landscape planning design and planting plan development
- Experience with Landscaping and creating Planting Plans
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of site development construction documentation and project coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of local horticulture materials and construction practices
- Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture or the ability to obtain licensure
- Experience working on diverse project types such as hospitality residential mixed-use or large-scale developments
- Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory requirements
