We are seeking experienced MedSurg Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care to adult and post-operative patients in an acute care setting. This role involves working with diverse patient populations including those requiring medical management wound care and recovery support.

• Full-Time: $40 $45/hour

• Per-Diem: $45 $50/hour

• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Provide care for post-operative and medically complex patients

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Demonstrate leadership teamwork and accountability in clinical practice

• Delegate tasks appropriately to LPNs and support staff

• Promote patient safety and quality care initiatives

• Maintain a compassionate patient-centered approach

• Adapt to varying patient needs and unit assignments as required

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact license preferred)

• BLS/CPR certification

• Minimum 1 2 years of MedSurg or acute care experience preferred

• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
