We are seeking skilled and fast-paced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide urgent and critical care in a dynamic acute care environment. The RN will assess prioritize and treat patients with a wide range of conditions including medical emergencies trauma and mental health crises.

• Full-Time: $45 $50/hour

• Per-Diem: $50 $55/hour

• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care

• Provide direct patient care including emergency interventions

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly

• Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up care

• Document all care accurately and in a timely manner

• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff

• Maintain a calm and professional approach in high-pressure situations

• Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact license preferred)

• BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)

• Minimum 1 2 years of ER or acute care experience preferred

• Strong critical thinking multitasking and communication skills
