Position Overview We are seeking skilled and fast-paced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide urgent and critical care in a dynamic acute care environment. The RN will assess prioritize and treat patients with a wide range of conditions including medical emergencies trauma and mental health crises.
Pay Rates -
Full-Time: $45 $50/hour

Per-Diem: $50 $55/hour
Key Responsibilities -
Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity

Develop and implement individualized plans of care

Provide direct patient care including emergency interventions
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
-
Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up care
-
Document all care accurately and in a timely manner
Additional Expectations -
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff

Maintain a calm and professional approach in high-pressure situations

Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements -
Active RN license (state-specific or compact license preferred)

BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)

Minimum 1 2 years of ER or acute care experience preferred

Strong critical thinking multitasking and communication skills
