Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Oncology Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. The RN will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care support treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the patient journey.
Pay Rates -
Full-Time: $42 $45/hour

Per-Diem: $45 $50/hour
Key Responsibilities -
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Provide safe and effective care for oncology patients including treatment support

Administer medications and monitor patient responses to therapies
-
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams from admission through discharge
-
Educate patients and families on diagnosis treatment plans and symptom management
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Additional Expectations -
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient care

Coordinate and direct care activities among healthcare team members
-
Promote patient safety and adherence to clinical standards

Support a patient-centered approach considering cultural and individual needs

Adapt to varying patient conditions and treatment plans
Requirements -
Active RN license (state-specific or compact license preferred)

BLS/CPR certification

Minimum 1 2 years of oncology or acute care experience preferred
