Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Oncology Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. The RN will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care support treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the patient journey.

Pay Rates
  • Full-Time: $42 $45/hour

  • Per-Diem: $45 $50/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

  • Provide safe and effective care for oncology patients including treatment support

  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses to therapies

  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams from admission through discharge

  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis treatment plans and symptom management

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Additional Expectations
  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient care

  • Coordinate and direct care activities among healthcare team members

  • Promote patient safety and adherence to clinical standards

  • Support a patient-centered approach considering cultural and individual needs

  • Adapt to varying patient conditions and treatment plans

Requirements
  • Active RN license (state-specific or compact license preferred)

  • BLS/CPR certification

  • Minimum 1 2 years of oncology or acute care experience preferred

  • Strong communication clinical and organizational skills
