Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager Location: Southern California USA
Compensation: $85000 $140000 per year (based on experience)
Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager to lead and grow commercial tire sales across Southern California. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans managing key accounts expanding market share and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge proven sales leadership experience and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Manage and grow relationships with key commercial accounts (fleet operators logistics companies construction and industrial clients)
- Identify new business opportunities and penetrate untapped markets
- Lead coach and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics forecasts and pipeline activity
- Negotiate pricing contracts and service agreements with customers
- Collaborate with operations marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
- 5 10 years of sales experience with at least 2 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in commercial tire or automotive aftermarket industry strongly preferred
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Revenue growth and regional sales targets
- New account acquisition and retention rates
- Profit margins and pricing effectiveness
- Sales team performance and quota achievement
- Customer satisfaction and long-term account growth
Work Environment - Field-based role with frequent travel across Southern California
