M/S Neuro RN (Intermediate/NEURO or ICU experience) -- 12hr days - Neenah WI
**Previous Travel Required - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of Corporate Center in Neenah WI**
Contract length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
*GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week except during holidays where unit is closed.
Primary location: Neenah
Shift Requirements: 12hr DAYS
Shift time: 0530-1800 (days)
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holidays: Holiday rotation (depending on need of the unit)
Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset To all Facilities within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI RN (or compact) License AHA BLS AHA ACLS & NIHSS
Minimum Experience Required: 3 years experience as an RN & 1 travel contract REQUIRED. Any ICU/IMC (intermediate care) experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED.
Charting Experience: EPIC within the last year (Strongly preferred)
Desired Skillset: Experience in stroke and post-op back/spine/cervical
Hard worker Resilient and Manages Change well Social candidates
Scrub Colors: Black
Primary Cases: Stroke post op spinal surgeries/brain surgeries
Unit Overview: 16 bed unit; Neurology patients; mostly post stroke patients and post-op patients from brain/neck/spine surgeries. Many of our patients are post trauma patients and TBI. We do have medical patients at times as well. Looking for candidate who have IMU/NEURO/ICU experience at this time.
Patient Ratios: 1:4 - We typically have between 4-5 RNs on during the shift and 2 patient care technicians.
Previous travel experience required.
8hr unbillable orientation
Billing: Sunday - Saturday
