Store Helper

• Unload unpack and verify incoming shipments and deliveries against purchase orders.
• Efficiently stock shelves displays and storage areas to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean organized and tidy store environment including sweeping mopping dusting and organizing stockrooms.
• Greet customers warmly assist them in locating items and provide essential product information.
• Support sales staff during peak hours to ensure smooth customer flow and a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with setting up promotional displays signage and accurate product labeling.
• Perform check and update price tags on shelves to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations ensuring aisles are clear and potential hazards are promptly removed.

• High school diploma (12th pass).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Helper or Store Helper.
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations in a retail or warehouse environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
