Job Summary
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring product availability across our stores and distribution centers while optimizing inventory levels and logistics costs. You will work closely with suppliers and the Demand Planning team to manage order fulfillment and maintain the appropriate stock levels for assigned categories.
Key Responsibilities-
Order Management: Place purchasing orders for all flow types (Central Stock Cross-Docking and Direct Store Delivery) in line with sales forecasts.

Supplier Collaboration: Manage order fulfillment define delivery conditions based on customer needs and work to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.

Inventory Optimization: Proactively reduce out-of-stocks and overstock while managing product lifecycles (Phase-in/Phase-out).

Continuous Improvement: Challenge delivery status quo to reduce lead times and increase delivery frequency.

Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with Logistics and Master Data teams to ensure delivery plans fit capacity constraints and data remains accurate.

Education: A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Economy Business Administration or Supply Chain.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use IT applications like MMS.

Competencies: Strong logical and mathematical thinking attention to detail and excellent communication/influencing skills.

Languages: Fluency in professional English.
