Job Summary

Job Description:

Track and monitor shipments regularly to ensure timely movement and delivery
File ISF and AMS accurately within deadlines
Update and track ETA / shipment status
Send arrival notices to customers (5 6 days prior to arrival)
Maintain and update internal master tracking sheets
Coordinate with shipping lines for arrival notices and shipment updates
Track container gate-out and empty returns
Follow up for pre-alert documents from origin/customers
Share documentation with Customs Brokers (CHB) for clearance
Evaluate and assign correct HTS codes
Review and analyze CBP Form 7501 and ABI release status
Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations and internal SOPs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience in U.S. logistics / freight forwarding
Strong understanding of ISF AMS and customs clearance processes
Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zones)
Comfortable working on-site in Saket Delhi
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Logisys software (added advantage)
Basic knowledge of HTS classification & U.S. import regulations
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
