We are seeking a talented and professional Consultant (Software Architect Skillset) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of a growing team you will help to define and influence the team culture and environment.
• Work on solution-based outcome-oriented projects with a highly skilled team for top innovative clients.
• Build modern software solutions using cutting-edge Cloud-based technologies.
• Connect with clients at all levels and work with technical leaders to achieve consensus while being immersed in & driving agile project environments.
• Collaborate with other software development capabilities to iteratively design develop validate and operate software at scale using agile techniques.
• Ensure your team is empowered to deliver high-quality application code using emerging technologies and frameworks typically targeting cloud-based ecosystems.
• Advance the craft by developing and sharing materials and thought leadership with other builders.
• Remain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met client satisfaction future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration).
• Prioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals.
• Contribute toevolvs culture and personal development through collaborating well internally displaying our core values participating in internal initiatives (events/groups) and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.
• Help growevolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Mathematics or related technical field or equivalent practical experience Masters a plus.
• 5 years building web applications and architect design experience.
• Proven software architecture experience using modern programming languages ( Angular React among others).
• Prior experience as a technical lead of medium to large teams and a background in mentorship or formal management of software engineers / technical consultants.
• Experience developing multi-platform enterprise level software utilizing various programming environments and tools.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies as well as all aspects of the SDLC.
• A passion for crafting and delivering high quality products.
• Hands on experience in Cloud Native computing (serverless event driven).
• Knowledge building loosely coupled or microservices based architectures.
• Co-lead discovery and delivery project phases alongside other capability leaders.
• Develop and execute implementation plans in alignment with features and functionality designed to delight clients and customers.
• Provide oversight and guidance for other software engineers on medium-sized software teams.
• Write high-quality application code using emerging technologies and frameworks primarily targeting cloud-based ecosystems.
• Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Deep understanding of trouble shooting and performance tuning all layers of the web application.
• Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle.
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills.
• Experience with relational or nonrelational databases (e.g. MySQL MongoDB Cassandra etc.)
• Experience with HTML and CSS a front-end framework (e.g. Angular React jQuery etc.) and API frameworks (e.g. Java Spring Boot Python with Web API or NodeJS with Express).
• Cloud experience (AWS Azure GCP).
• Strong solution oriented mentality offering a range of possible solutions to problems.
• Rigorous and logical problem-solving approach.
• Adaptable self-starter mentality and an excitement for creating structure in ambiguous environments.
