Marcom Coordinator - IGT-Devices International

Job Description

The role is responsible for coordinating all marketing assets for Image-Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) International across digital platforms. This includes updating the website PAL and Seismic with the latest assets and ensuring all content is aligned with regional requirements and approval processes.

The role works closely with the BU Digital Manager based in the US who creates the master digital content files for IGTD. The position reports to the Marketing Communication Leader within IGTD International.

Your role:

  • Review and adapt master marketing assets to meet international requirements working closely with the IGTD Marcom team.

  • Update and upload content across globally managed website domains PAL and Seismic using Philips platform interfaces (PPL Contentful) and collaborating with Digital Services through DMC and ticketing processes.

  • Track and maintain web content brochures flyers and videos across multiple digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with International Marketing to determine when deviations from master assets are required.

  • Share international content versions with European MOPs to support localisation and translation across zones.

  • Work with the Philips digital team on the OneSite migration project and track IGTD content across web domains in line with product availability.

You are the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelors degree in Information Management Marketing Digital Marketing Business Administration ECommerce Management or equivalent.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience working with digital tools and platforms such as content management platforms advertising platforms and customer relationship platforms.

  • You understand the digital promotional landscape including social media search and display advertising.

  • You hold a degree (or equivalent) in Marketing Communication Digital Marketing or Brand Marketing.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You thrive in a team-based environment.
