Sr. Software Engineer and Team Lead

This position has a hybrid schedule. 2 offices in the Las Vegas area to choose from.

As a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead for Client Insights and Reporting you lead the development
of client-facing capabilities that enable firms and investor partners to understand and act on campaign
execution and outcomes. You focus on building scalable high-quality SaaS experiences that deliver trusted
data intuitive workflows and reliable outputs that support operational decision-making. This role combines full stack engineering data-intensive application development and
technical leadership.

What Youll Do
Lead the design and delivery of client-facing SaaS experiences that provide insight into campaign execution and lead outcomes.
Drive data quality consistency and traceability across systems to ensure outputs are trusted and
defensible.
Innovate in last-mile delivery including client workflows exports and formats used for case preparation
and court filings.
Develop modern responsive user interfaces and reusable component patterns.
Collaborate with Product Operations and client stakeholders to translate real-world workflows into
intuitive software experiences.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power client-facing functionality.
Champion engineering excellence and mentor aspiring engineers.

What You Bring
Seven or more years building production-grade software applications.
Strong expertise in modern frontend development (React or similar frameworks) including state
management performance optimization and component architecture.
Deep understanding of web fundamentals (HTML CSS React JavaScript TypeScript)
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Experience building full stack applications including backend development in one or more languages
(Python preferred).
Experience deploying containerized services (Docker Kubernetes preferred).
Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS Azure GCP) with the ability to rapidly become
a GCP expert.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
