Professional (m/w/d) Healthcare Value and Risk Advisory

Das erwartet Dich

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsprojekte sowie Transaktionsberatungen von Gesundheitsimmobilien und portfolios
• Mitwirkung bei Projekten im Bereich OpRe und Commercial Real Estate
• Fundierte Einarbeitung mit zunehmend eigenverantwortlicher Übernahme von Teilaufgaben in Projekten
• Analyse und Erstellung von Finanzmodellen für Healthcare-Immobilien
• Durchführung umfassender Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Mitwirkung bei Due Diligence Prozessen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kollegen und aktive Mitarbeit an der Qualitätssicherung
• Unterstützung bei der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen und Business Development Aktivitäten
• Standortübergreifende Projektzusammenarbeit innerhalb Deutschlands und mit den Bewertungsteams in EMEA

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft BWL VWL Bauingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten in der Immobilienbewertung oder im Real Estate Bereich von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Affinität zu Zahlen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Motivation Dich inhaltlich in das deutsche Gesundheitswesen und das Segment Healthcare-Immobilien einzuarbeiten
• Ausgeprägtes Interesse am nationalen und internationalen Immobilienmarkt sowie dessen aktuellen Entwicklungen und Trends
