We are seeking a proactive target-driven Business development /Commercial Manager to join our growing HR consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio promoting our suite of HR services and negotiating contracts.The goal is to drive profitable growth by building long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities prospect new clients and actively pitch HR services (staffing payroll HR consulting) to potential clients .

Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms pricing and service agreements to ensure profitability.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends competitor activity and industry developments to identify new growth areas for the HR firm.

Reporting: Monitor commercial performance using key metrics and CRM tools preparing reports for management.

Collaboration: Work with internal HR team to ensure client requirements are understood and met during service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in B2B sales or business development preferably within the HR recruitment or consulting industry.

Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of profit margins contract management and sales forecasting.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Performance Indicators

Number of new clients acquired.

Revenue generated.

Client retention rate.

Profitability of negotiated contracts.
