Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager – Python (AI/ML) with strong technical depth and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Python experience along with project ownership team leadership and experience delivering scalable AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI/ML projects end-to-end
• Mentor and guide development teams
• Drive architecture design and technical decision-making
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI/ML solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements
• Oversee development deployment and scaling of AI systems
• Maintain coding standards and engineering best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality output
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Competencies

• 8–13 years of overall experience in software development
• 4–5 years of recent hands-on Python experience (mandatory)
• 3–4 years of leadership/project management experience
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production
• Strong knowledge of Data Science (analysis modeling evaluation)
• Understanding of AI system architecture and integrations
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to align business goals with technical solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLMs / Generative AI
• Exposure to AWS Azure or GCP
• Knowledge of MLOps CI/CD Docker Kubernetes
• Experience in large-scale AI/ML project delivery
