Position Summary:

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests to and from designated locations such as airports local attractions and business centers. This role provides a friendly professional and welcoming experience that reflects both Brand Enhance and the hotels commitment to exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests between the hotel and designated destinations according to the daily schedule or guest requests.
• Greet guests warmly assist with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride.
• Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and directions as requested.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle inside and out.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow all traffic laws safety procedures and hotel policies.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts mileage and fuel usage.
• Assist with other guest service duties as needed including bell attendance or concierge support.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record with no major violations.
• Previous experience as a professional driver and/or in a customer service role strongly preferred.
• Superior professionalism organization and communication skills.
• Exceptional abilty to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to operate large passenger vehicles safely and confidently.
• Dependable punctual and able to work flexible schedules (including weekends evenings and holidays).
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles highly preferred.
• 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements - heat wind rain etc
• Ability to lift push and pull at least 30 pounds
• Ability to stand walk and run for extended periods
• Ability to bend stoop squat and lift frequently throughout a shift
