AlphaBEST Education Group Leader/Summer Camp instructor

Elementary schools within the Weld RE4 School District (Windsor/Severance area)

Pay: $16.25/ hour

Schedule:

Before/After School hours:

• AM shifts: 6:30 am till 8:15 am (depending on location)
• PM shifts: 2:00 pm (depending on location) till 6:00 pm

Having too much FUN!! Extending your employment into the summer is a possibility. Summer Camp hours are as follows:

• Summer Camp operates 7:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day summer and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.

Were looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role you will:

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff

Heres what youll need:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4). Your experience must be after you were 18 years or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
