Job Summary
OneTouch Direct is a premier contact center provider committed to elevating customer experiences for our partners and clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic Call Center Sales Supervisor to join our this role you will lead a team of sales representatives focusing on driving performance and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the sales team providing guidance and mentorship to maximize their performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and develop strategies to enhance team productivity and achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Facilitate training sessions to boost the teams product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of call center supervisory experience in a sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
