Responsibilities:
Greet all hotel guests and visitors as the enter the property opening lobby doors
Patrol the site regularly ensuring to verify all site checkpoints
Respond to all safety and security situations determining de-escalation steps for hostile/tense environments dispatching emergency services and remedying concerns
Proactive communication to site leadership corporate and client for all security and safety matters including immediate notification of severe situations
Assist all guests and visitors with property directions
Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive cleaning the key room/podium area)
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Drivers License with no marks on record
GuardCard certification
Superior professionalism organization and communication skills
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
1 year of customer service experience preferred
18 years of age or older
Physical Demands:
Willingness to work in the elements - heat wind rain etc.
Ability to lift push and pull at least 30 pounds.
Ability to stand walk and run for extended periods.
Ability to bend stoop squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
