Responsibilities:
- Greet all hotel guests and visitors as the enter the property opening lobby doors
- Patrol the site regularly ensuring to verify all site checkpoints
- Respond to all safety and security situations determining de-escalation steps for hostile/tense environments dispatching emergency services and remedying concerns
- Proactive communication to site leadership corporate and client for all security and safety matters including immediate notification of severe situations
- Assist all guests and visitors with property directions
- Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive cleaning the key room/podium area)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Drivers License with no marks on record
- GuardCard certification
- Superior professionalism organization and communication skills
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements - heat wind rain etc.
- Ability to lift push and pull at least 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand walk and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend stoop squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
