As a Security Officer Controlled Access Driver in Baytown TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control professional at a chemical and petrochemical location helping monitor entry points verify credentials and support a professional welcoming this driving post you will remain visible conduct routine patrols and provide strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors employees and contractors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials screen visitors and deliveries and document access activity in accordance with post instructions and security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas including the perimeter and key access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining accurate logs reporting hazards and/or policy violations and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
