As a Solutions Analyst II in Commercial and Investment Banks Payments Tech Team you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owners business operations and software developers by leveraging your technical and analytical reasoning skills. Youll elicit and document business and data flow requirements translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will be crucial in ambiguous situations and in effectively handling dependencies. Your strong foundation in data analytics will be instrumental in developing innovative architecture designs and operating systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure clear and compelling exchanges with diverse stakeholders fostering collaboration and driving the success of the companys projects and programs.

Job responsibilities

• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions
• Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field
• Manage multiple automation deliveries and diverse stakeholders consistently ensuring high-quality outcomes even under pressure.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities to propose optimized automation solutions
• Demonstrate full ownership of deliverables ensuring high standards of quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Plan against an End-to-End UAT test strategy including test data environments defect management and test automation.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements
• Experience in developing debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming language Python along with database querying languages SQL.
• Hands-on Experience in FAST API Web UI API Database automation
• Hands-on practical experience in Python Playwright Selenium application development testing and operational stability
• Experience in agile methodologies such as CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security.
• Executes software solutions design development and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
• Experience in handling and automating large volumes of diverse input files including CSV JSON and XML formats.
• Hands on knowledge of Payments Message Processing/Validation with formats like ISO20022 pacs.008 pacs.009 pacs.004 pain.001 camt.056 MT FEDWIRE CHIPS.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Experience with ReactJS front-end development is a plus
• Experience with funds control and reconciliation
