Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Full Stack Developer to spearhead the design development and implementation of innovative technology solutions using emerging technologies such as blockchain IoT and AI. This leadership role involves guiding cross-functional teams mentoring junior developers and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise enterprise architecture understanding and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve business processes and drive digital transformation.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Proficiency in full stack development with a focus on emerging technologies such as blockchain IoT and AI

  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and architecture design principles

  • Experience with modern development frameworks and languages such as Java Python JavaScript or equivalents

  • Cloud platforms knowledge (AWS Azure GCP) for deploying and managing scalable solutions

  • Version control systems (Git GitHub GitLab)

  • Tools for collaboration and project management (Jira Confluence MS Teams)

• Preferred:

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes)

  • Frameworks/libraries such as React Angular or for front-end development

  • Data management solutions including NoSQL data lakes or data warehouses

  • Automation tools (CI/CD pipelines Jenkins GitLab CI)

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of projects utilizing emerging technologies ensuring seamless integration with existing architectures.

• Mentor and guide team members including developers and technical analysts to ensure high-quality project delivery.

• Identify and evaluate innovative technology solutions to enhance business processes operational efficiency and product offerings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with organizational objectives.

• Stay current with the latest industry trends technological advancements and best practices sharing insights with team members and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical roadmaps in support of strategic growth initiatives.

• Evaluate and select new tools frameworks and platforms providing clear recommendations for adoption.

• Manage technical risks oversee architecture governance and ensure solutions meet security compliance and scalability standards.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in full stack development with proven leadership in managing technology projects.

• Extensive experience designing and deploying solutions with emerging technologies such as blockchain IoT or AI.

• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technology strategy.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and cloud-native development.

• Industry experience in banking finance or regulated sectors is advantageous.

• Alternative pathways include extensive development and architecture experience with emerging technologies in enterprise environments.

• Oversee and direct full stack development projects from planning through execution ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Provide technical mentorship to team members fostering innovation and best practices.

• Evaluate new technologies propose pilot programs and drive large-scale adoption initiatives.

• Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical challenges related to emerging technology integration.

• Develop technical roadmaps architecture diagrams and documentation aligned with strategic goals.

• Lead technical review sessions promote automation and implement continuous improvement processes.

• Manage project risks resolve issues proactively and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in cloud computing enterprise architecture or emerging technologies (e.g. AWS Azure Blockchain AI/ML) are a plus.

• Proven leadership experience directing complex technology projects leveraging emerging technologies.

• Deep knowledge of architecture principles design patterns and modern development frameworks.

• Strong analytical strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
