Position Overview:

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our growing tech this role you will help design develop and maintain software applications that support critical healthcare operations and improve overall patient experiences. If youre passionate about building innovative solutions and making a direct impact in healthcare this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain software applications that improve the efficiency of healthcare operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical operations data analysts) to develop software that meets business needs
Write clean efficient and scalable code
Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing applications
Ensure software security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA data privacy standards)
Create detailed documentation for applications processes and workflows
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development
Continuously improve existing systems recommend new technologies and contribute to system architecture

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
2 years of software development experience (healthcare or healthcare-related projects a plus)
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java C# Python JavaScript)
Experience with databases (SQL NoSQL)
Familiarity with web frameworks and cloud technologies (AWS Azure Google Cloud)
Understanding of healthcare industry regulations (e.g. HIPAA) and data privacy standards
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with healthcare technologies like EHR/EMR systems patient portals or telemedicine platforms
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
Experience with front-end frameworks (React Angular etc.)
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
