Job Summary

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift & Pay Information:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM $15.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM $15.25/hr (Urgently hiring!)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM $15.50/hr
Position Summary:
We are looking for motivated and dependable Machine Operators to support our production team in Baldwyn MS. This position plays a key role in ensuring machinery runs efficiently and products meet company quality standards.
Primary Duties:
- Operate and set up production equipment based on job specifications
- Keep an eye on machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Examine finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Maintain a safe clean and organized workspace
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
- Work closely with team members and leadership to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role is a plus
- Ability to understand blueprints schematics and written instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Flexible schedule including availability for overtime and weekends
