FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN / TRAVELING INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN $30/HR TRAVEL PAY
Based out of Scranton PA U.S. & Canada Travel

Were hiring Field Service Technicians to support advanced equipment in the food processing industry.

WHAT YOULL EARN

• $30/hour base
• $14/hour onsite differential
• Weekend pay nearly 3X hourly rate

WHAT YOULL DO

• Troubleshoot electrical systems (up to 12kV)
• Work on motors (up to 300 HP) VFDs and MCCs
• Diagnose PLCs (Siemens Allen Bradley Parker)
• Perform preventive maintenance and minimize downtime
• Read schematics and support production environments

DAY IN THE LIFE

• Travel to client sites across the U.S. and Canada
• Diagnose issues and get equipment back online quickly
• Work hands-on with motors drives and PLC systems
• Collaborate with your support team when neededyoure never on your own
• Complete service documentation and prepare for the next assignment

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2 years industrial electrical or maintenance experience
• Associates degree technical training or hands-on experience in electronics AC/DC systems PLCs and electro-mechanical systems
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of power distribution and industrial drives
• Ability to travel 5070% (U.S. & Canada)
• Mechanical aptitude

BIG PLUS

• Food manufacturing or packaging experience
• cGMP USDA or FDA knowledge
• Automotive or hands-on trade background
