As a Security Officer Armed Rover Driver in Bradley FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed driving officer at a utilities location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine mobile and on-foot rounds and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will deliver strong customer service and clear communication while supporting daily operations with agility reliability teamwork innovation and integrity in a people-first culture.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and emergency response actions at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings operational areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or authorizations and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas and sensitive infrastructure.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned reports maintaining awareness of site conditions and following Allied Universal standards along with post orders and client-directed policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card/license is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
