***This position is a 1099 Commission Based Position***

What To Expect:

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing referrals and storm outreach.
  

• Some Company leads may be provided.
  

• Conduct roofing inspections.
  

• Educate homeowners and business owners on solutions financing and insurance claims.
  

• Prepare and present project proposals.
  

• Close sales and collect payments.
  

• Manage projects from contract signing through completion.
  

• Meeting with insurance adjusters and help through the claim process.
  

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
  

• Valid drivers license
  

• Reliable transportation (must be able to carry a ladder)
  

• Comfortable with outdoor and door-to-door sales
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Highly motivated coachable and disciplined
  

• Ability to climb ladders walk on roofs
  

• Not afraid of heights
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
