Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and accountability for the Banks performance including delivery of profitable growth effective risk management regulatory compliance and a strong customer-centric culture.
Partner with the Executive Management Team to set annual performance objectives allocate resources effectively evaluate performance outcomes and make recommendations on remuneration incentives and career advancement.
Drive the development and execution of robust marketing strategies to strengthen the Banks brand positioning and market presence.
Oversee the design development and delivery of innovative products and services to enhance competitiveness and meet evolving customer needs.
Develop and implement strategies to originate and grow new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationship management.
Work closely with the Board of Directors to support effective governance foster engagement and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
Ensure full compliance with the requirements of the Central Bank of Liberia and all other applicable regulatory authorities.
Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and the broader economic environment to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualification/ Key Competencies
A minimum of fifteen (15) years progressive experience in the banking industry with significant senior management exposure
A postgraduate degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
A recognized professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
A proven ability to lead large teams drive transformation initiatives and deliver strong financial and operational performance.
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong professional network with proven experience engaging effectively at senior and Board (C-suite) levels.
