Recruiter (Full-Cycle) Mexico

Location: Guadalajara Jalisco (On-site)

Founded in 1996 American Sun Components (ASC) is a global independent distributor of electronic components with headquarters in Tamarac Florida and international offices across Europe Asia and Latin America.

As we continue to scale our Mexico office were looking for a high-performance Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our commercial and operational teams - with a strong focus on inside sales talent.

This is a fast-paced high-impact role where youll partner directly with leadership build talent pipelines from scratch and play a key role in shaping the growth of our Mexico team.

What Youll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing screening interviewing offer

  • Hire high-performing sales professionals and office staff

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines especially for sales roles

  • Proactively identify future hiring needs and market trends

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn social media referrals and direct outreach

  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates on skills mindset and cultural fit

  • Manage multiple open roles in a high-volume deadline-driven environment

  • Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress

  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first touch to offer


What Were Looking For

  • 2 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)

  • Proven track record hiring sales talent

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment

  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and direct outreach

  • Experience using platforms like LinkedIn and other social recruiting tools

  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without dropping quality

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

  • Highly organized proactive and results-driven

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
