Georgia Program Manager (Georgia Startup Academy)
Job Summary
This role will be the key to a successful startup program. You will be responsible for the daily success of the program creating a positive experience for all participants. Leveraging 500 Globals streamlined operational processes and adapting and optimizing for local markets operate startup acceleration programs in this project-based role under direct guidance you will handle: budget management program design and localization curriculum planning mentor recruitment and scheduling securing startup companies to register and participate in our programs partner and client management as well as administrative duties.
The position is based in Tbilisi Georgia.
We are looking for a candidate to start in June 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and ensure the successful delivery of the acceleration program (Georgia Startup Academy) in your location including but not limited to curriculum adaptation program planning budget management marketing and recruiting startups and mentors. Optimizing operations for startup engagement and satisfaction.
Lead day-to-day client management.
In collaboration with other stakeholders drive local community engagement by planning and executing social events for the batch and local ecosystem community.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local expert mentors and participate in all program preparation and execution ensuring alignment with the 500 Global Programs Playbook.
Continue establishing and enhancing the playbook to uphold 500 Global best practices.
Document program data and cohort information and create reports to share with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create a cohesive brand story and drive local awareness around 500 Global the initiative and our founders including establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
4 or more years of work experience of which part of it should be in startups ecosystem Events Management or other relevant field. Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluent in one or more regional languages in addition to English.
Work authorization in Georgia
Preferred Qualifications:
Management consulting startup business operations or other related experience.
Experience managing complex projects that interact with multiple stakeholders.
Highly focused self-driven and organized with great attention to detail.
Experience with data analysis management and reporting
Client relationship management experience
Familiarity with cross-cultural business
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem in Georgia
Required Skills:
