OVERVIEW:

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a highly experienced Assistant Treasurer to join our Finance team in Al this role you will be taking full ownership of treasury operations ensuring that our treasury activities are optimized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute end-to-end daily treasury operations including cash and movement reporting position management and accurate postings within ERP system.
  
• Monitor actual cash flow and perform variance analysis against cashflow forecasts escalating liquidity risks to Finance leadership on timely basis.
  
• Prepare and analyze daily weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to support management decision-making.
  
• Lead payment operations of the club to initiate review and release fund transfers (local and international) via online banking platforms.
  
• Establish and implement controls for urgent payments ensuring adherence to internal approval matrices.
  
• Perform daily tracking (movement and position) and reconciliations for all bank account transactions to ensure full cash visibility.
  
• Manage KSA bank relationships overseeing account lifecycles KYC documentation bank automation FX settlements and limit management.
  
• Support foreign currency and interest rate risk management.
  
• Lead the onboarding of new bank accounts (where required) and payment methods while acting as the local subject matter expert for all related matters.
  
• Manage and coordinate for arranging all required banking facilities (e.g. LC LG & term finance issuance amendments and settlements)
  
• Prepare treasury reports analyzing bank expenses payment costs and performance across all bank accounts.
  
• Provide supporting schedules for internal and external audits.
  
• Periodic reconciliations with Accounting to resolve financial discrepancies proactively.
  
• Ensure all treasury activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  
  
  

Requirements

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Education & Professional Certification: Bachelors degree in related field. Professional certifications (e.g. CTP) are a plus.
  
• Experience: 3-5 years in cash management.
