- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage large diverse teams and resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with procurement processes related to projects
- Mandatory- Experience in brown field & interior fitout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of 3D plans and BOQ within the set timelines keeping the clients requirements in mind to ensure closure of agreement keeping to ensure the handover date.
- Determine optimum method of operations to achieve required finished product efficiently.
- Create a project plan and share with all stakeholders specifying deliverables and Timelines
- Handover details regarding material etc required for the project to Procurement at BOQ stage
