Job Summary
Employees working in Market Companies handling the activation of one brand or a portfolio of brands and responsible for the local Marketing Mix by contributing to one or several missions below:- Define develop and overview the implementation of a profitable long term strategy for global brands or the assigned portfolio of brands across channels - Leverage insights (Business Consumer Shopper customer competitor trends) for future strategic development- Identify and develop new business opportunities - Lead and develop marketing activities and guidelines- Track performance of brand strategy and/or effectiveness of marketing activities based on KPIs- Manage Team and Portfolio P&LEmployees working in Brand Companies with a focus on executing a brand strategy align with category planning and growth equation:- Brand leader defining robust long-term growth strategy with superior products timeless stories and innovations to make our brands the most desired
