The Role:

TheMaintenance TechnicianIIIperforms a variety of tasks and assignments including the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility infrastructure. A key focus will beonequipmentreliabilitysafety troubleshooting and process improvementprojects.

In this role you will:

• Repair blowers vacuum pumpsaugersgas furnaces hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Troubleshoot electrical components such as contactors switches relays and controllers

• Walk the production line daily and look for abnormalities in the equipment

• Troubleshoot production issues with support from the maintenance team and/or engineering

• Will support the installation of new equipment retrofitting of old equipment and facility capital projectsto help improve the manufacturing process

• Educateoperators to improve day-to-day machine operations and update documents if needed

• Order parts and build materials list to complete upcoming projects

• Work as a team or independently as the tasks require

• Maintain an organizedand safe work area. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment. Safely perform duties andobserveapproved safety procedures.

• Be exposedto outdoor working conditions and dusty or dirty environments

• Occasionallybeon-callfor a full week includingweekends and nights aspart of the team rotation

• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals

Traits we believe will make a strong candidate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum3years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Tech

• Experience working onlargeindustrial equipment like high-temperature furnaces rotary piston vacuum pumps powder transfer systems etc.

• Electricalcomponentknowledge to troubleshootmotor startersrelayspressure switchestempcontrollers etc.

• Ability to read P&IDs wiring schematics and engineering drawings

• Basic welding knowledge preferred.

• Candidate mustbe a permanent resident of the U.S. tocomply withexport control laws

• Willing to adapt to changing responsibilities based on production priorities

• Able toidentifyareas to improve or create PM procedures to reduce equipment failures

• Experience in working in an ISO 9001/14001/45001 and AS9100 environment is a plus.

• Able to climb stairs and ladders and safely lift 50lbs

• Able to pass pre-employmentphysical.

• Candidate must have the capacity tocomply withthe federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws.

• Some Flexibility in working schedule due to projects breakdown situations etc.
