New Store Wellington CBD MerchandiseOperations Team Member Opportunities (Full Time & Part Time)

We are looking to fill Full Time and Part Time Merchandise Team Member and Operations Team Member positions for our exciting new store location in Wellington CBD!

As a Merchandise Team Member you will have the opportunity to deliver effective and efficient merchandising activities ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures including:

• Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising in-store marketing and presentation
• Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
• Assist with customer service requirements including counter duties as required

As an Operations Team Member you will have the opportunity to deliver efficient back of house activities ensuring the right stock is received and delivered to the right place at the right time including:

• Complying with operations process controls and safety requirements with particular emphasis on safe product handling use of equipment and machinery and incident reporting
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers
• Contribute to optimal BOH space management organisation stock flow and product storage in the back of house
• Manage order fulfilment (delivery & click and collect) in line with procedures including product pick and pack & dispatch order fulfilment enquiries
