FM Engineer

• Develop the annual building and facility maintenance plan including proposals for major repair and refurbishment works.
• Supervise and coordinate planned and adhoc building facility and infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Maintain and continuously update building facility utility and energy-related documentation drawings records and KPI data.
• Technically prepare and coordinate infrastructure and facility investment projects from concept through implementation.
• Ensure local implementation application and compliance with corporate FM energy safety and technical standards as well as relevant legal requirements.
• Manage structure and update FM department documentation ensuring transparency traceability and audit readiness.
• Ensure the operation maintenance and continuous improvement of the Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001 and corporate energy management rules.
• Monitor and support implementation of energy efficiency measures related to facilities and utilities in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• University or college degree preferably in mechanical electrical architectural or civil engineering engineering management or a related field
• Several years of experience in facility management building maintenance infrastructure or energy management preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems is a strong advantage.
• Experience in technical project preparation and coordination is an advantage.
• Familiarity with corporate standards compliance requirements and documentation management systems.
• Experience collaborating with international teams and understanding foreign cultures
• English skills in written and spoken
