Job Summary
- Prepare and manage technical specification documents (TSDs) for RFQs and purchase orders
- Lead technical negotiations and regular expediting meetings with suppliers in close collaboration with Procurement and Supply Quality teams
- Coordinate cross-discipline engineering interfaces (mechanical electrical automation piping) throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Conduct design reviews manage design freeze process
- Manage Bills of Quantities orders and installation subcontracts and support the Engineering Manager in resolving non-conformities and claims
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience in large EPC projects
- Solid knowledge of equipment & packages in Waste to X Renewable Gas or Carbon Capture plants with hands-on experience managing 3rd-party suppliers
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams prioritise under pressure and drive timely high-quality documentation
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders across multi-disciplinary multi-location teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
