Banquet Captain | Full Time | Vancouver

Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Banquet Captain to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role . You will be offered is a great team environment work/life balance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

You are an experienced Banquet Captain who enjoys working in a team environment ensuring high quality services and customer satisfaction. You will work under the Banquet Manager and supervise the banquet team guaranteeing a smooth running of events. You will be asked to set-up and assure required standards are met. You will manage stocks the bar and carry out orders according to the clients requirements. You will also ensure administrative follow-up of the functions are done and according to the contract.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the management of high-end banquets and events excellent customer service and personal management skills. Hotel or restaurant training College (DEC) will be considered an asset.
