Joining this team means you arent just managing a floor you are joining a network of iconic ALH venues known for high volume bistro service vibrant sports bars and unique experiences. We are looking for leaders who can adapt to different local personalities while maintaining the gold standard of service that Northern Perth locals expect.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• Youve been around the bar and bistro block and maybe already done some supervising
• Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
• Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• Youve got a current RSA and Approved Managers Card as per state requirements
