At the Long Bay Forensic Hospital the Storeperson will be responsible for receiving recording storing unpacking and moving of goods in a loading dock environment as well as driving and delivering to other locations. The successful person will also be responsible for all the cleaning in and around the food service storage areas. This role requires a physically fit individual applyinga pro-active approach to safety and utilisation of the equipment supplied to manage and move stock across the site.

THE POSITION

Permanent full-time $32.37 / hour (ordinary hours). Mon-Fri with some exceptions.
Receive record and store all food service deliveries to Long Bay Forensic Hospital
Competently and safely load and unload trucks and containers daily
Operation of special purpose vehicle and towing
Cross-team help. You will help cleaning & laundry & catering teams

THE PERSON

Previous experience in a similar role (no forklift use or licence required)
DL - Driver Licence must have full and valid Australian Driver Licence
NPC - National Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain it)
WWCC - Working With Children Check card holder (or be willing to obtain it)
This role requires a physically fit individual
